Kunming Gold Petal operates a 1000 sq meter packing facility where flowers are meticulously packed by skilled professionals under the guidance of experienced supervisors and quality controllers.
Kunming Gold Petal also runs a dry and preserved flower factory in a 2000 sq meter area, enabling us to meet large-scale custom orders.
Q1.Is it possible to place a sample order for fresh-cut flowers?
A:Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and evaluate quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable.
Q2.What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Can I mix different types of flowers?
A:Our MOQ is approximately 1000 stems, with a total weight of no less than 50 kilograms to comply with airline regulations. You may indeed order mixed flower types.
Q3.What varieties of flowers do you offer?
A:We provide a vast array of flowers and foliage, including roses, lilies, carnations, gerberas, baby's breath, eustomas, eucalyptus, chrysanthemums, sunflowers, and many more. We strive to fulfill every customer's floral needs.
Q4.How are the flowers shipped, and how long does delivery take?
A:We typically ship by air. Delivery takes 3-5 days post-order and payment. Additionally, we use cold chain shipping to neighboring countries and other provinces.
Q5.What is the process for ordering fresh-cut flowers?
A:First, share your requirements or application with us; we then provide a quote based on your needs or our suggestions. Once the customer approves the samples and makes a deposit for the formal order, we proceed to pack and ship the flowers.
